Shipping Policy

Fulfillment

Our fulfillment process timeline is between 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday) from the day the order was placed.

Shipping

Shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows: 

  • USA: 2-​8 business days
  • UK: 2-8 business days
  • International: 5-20 business days

Fulfillment vs. Shipping

Fulfillment and Shipping are two separate processes. Shipping time does not include fulfillment time.

Returns

If your order is returned to the Sender by the shipping carrier, you will be notified within 48 hours of its delivery through email and ask you for additional information like address and payment of shipping.

Changes to Orders

We offer our customers the opportunity to make changes to their order within 12 hours after completing their order. To request a change to your order you must contact us at contact@hypemousepads.com.

Order Cancelling

We offer our customers the opportunity to cancel their order within 12 hours after completing their order. To request a cancel to your order you must contact us at contact@hypemousepads.com.

International Orders & Customs

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control  and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so  please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your  purchases. this fee is your responsibility as the buyer.

Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order all the way home! Please allow at least 48 hours for the carrier to scan your package into their system.
