Refund Policy
Our products are printed on-order, custom made products. We do not offer size exchanges or returns on printed on-order products, however if there is something wrong with your order please let us know by contacting us at contact@hypemousepads.com and our team will resend the same item to you for free.
Shipping and handling charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Once production is begun on a product, we are unable to cancel an order (12 hours after the order was placed).
Mousepad shop options are NON-REFUNDABLE after the process has begun. We do, however, offer a satisfaction guarantee. Our team will work on your designs until you are 100% satisfied.
Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at contact@hypemousepads.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@hypemousepads.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@hypemousepads.com.
Shipping
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary..
